Based on numbers, rowers will be grouped according to experience level. Coaches will work with your established rowing base and improve technique, fitness, and knowledge. Programming is fluid to accommodate different abilities. Self-driven athletes will excel and all athletes must have the desire to improve. Younger athletes will focus on technique and fitness, and older athletes will have additional work and supplemental workouts. Available boats are 1x, 2x, and 4x. Learning to scull or improving your sculling technique will always make you faster in a sweep boat!
