Whether you are a high school or U23 athlete this is your program. Coaches are former national team athletes who will work with your established rowing base and improve technique, fitness, and knowledge. Programming is fluid to accommodate different abilities. Self-driven athletes will excel and all athletes must have the desire to improve. Younger athletes will focus on technique and fitness, and older athletes will have additional work and supplemental workouts. Available boats are 1x, 2x, and 4x. Learning to scull or improving your sculling technique will always make you faster in a sweep boat!
Min: 6 Max: 10 participants. If registration is closed because we hit the max, please email <erika.dade@gmail.com> to get put on the wait list as we will likely add extra coaches and increase the max
