UVRF Governance

UVRF is governed by a board of directors. Each director typically serves a term of three years, with about 1/3 of the directors being  elected annually by the membership of UVRF at our annual meeting (typically held in November of each year). The board of directors includes four officers (president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer), who also serve three year terms.

Board meetings – 2025

Board meetings are typically held on the first Monday of every month at 5:45 pm. Board meetings in 2024 will be held on

    • February 13 (rescheduled from Feb 3)

    • May 5
    • June 2
    • July 7
    • August 4
    • September 2 (the 1st is Labor Day)
    • October 6
    • November 3
    • December 1

Board meetings are currently being held in a hybrid format – in person and on Zoom. Board meetings are open to the membership. If members want to join the meeting, they should send an email to uppervalleyrc@gmail.com to request an agenda and zoom link.
