UVRF Governance
UVRF is governed by a board of directors. Each director typically serves a term of three years, with about 1/3 of the directors being elected annually by the membership of UVRF at our annual meeting (typically held in November of each year). The board of directors includes four officers (president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer), who also serve three year terms.

Board meetings are currently being held in a hybrid format – in person and on Zoom. Board meetings are open to the membership. If members want to join the meeting, they should send an email to uppervalleyrc@gmail.com to request an agenda and zoom link.M
