UVRF Governance
UVRF is governed by a board of directors. Each director is elected for a three year term. The terms are staggered and about 1/3 of the directors are elected annually by the UVRF membership at our annual meeting (held in December of each year). A director may serve up to 3 consecutive terms. The board of directors includes four officers (president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer), who are elected annually.

Board meetings are typically held the first Monday of each month at 5:45 pm (with allowances for vagaries in the calendar in some years). Board meetings in 2026 will be held on:

- August 31 (Sept mtg)

- Nov 30 (Dec mtg)
- Sunday Dec 6 – Annual Meeting
Board meetings are currently being held in a hybrid format – in person and on Zoom. Board meetings are open to the membership. If members want to join the meeting, they should send an email to uppervalleyrc@gmail.com to request an agenda and zoom link
