Each director is elected for a three year term. The terms are staggered and about 1\/3 of the directors are\u00a0 elected annually by the UVRF membership at our annual meeting (held in December of each year). A director may serve up to 3 consecutive terms. Board meetings in 2026 will be held on:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>January 5<\/li><li>February 2<\/li><li>March 2<\/li><li>April 6<\/li><li>May 4<\/li><li>June 1<\/li><li>July 6<\/li><li>August 3<\/li><li>August 31 (Sept mtg)<\/li><li>October 5<\/li><li>Nov 2<\/li><li>Nov 30 (Dec mtg)<\/li><li>Sunday Dec 6 &#8211; Annual Meeting<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Board meetings are currently being held in a hybrid format &#8211; in person and on Zoom. Board meetings are open to the membership.
